I'm not typically a person who lags behind in my work, I'm more of a go-getter who strives for meticulous perfection in my work. But due to the fact of how I was feeling out of place with no specific job description and then having myself handed into a position no one person had a regard for made me lag and dwindle around.
- See I've been made to feel like that since I'm doing stock control, the sales people I work with has no specific method or system in place about where, how or any which way to set stock aside for their sales.
- They also have no disregard about what codes to use for the right products
But I think I might just have found my second breath, I decided to set a program in motion for myself, so I can try and keep the stock balanced. It's extra work for myself, but what else can I do...begging and licking people's rear ends isn't going to get me anywhere!
Yesterday was a public holiday, but we're working again today & oh, I really don't know if there is hope for these people?! In about 6 months me & Will's going to be transferred to start the branch in Cape Town, then who's going to keep the stock balanced? If they don't get into the habit of doing things right the first time, what are things going to look like when there's no-one to baby them in doing things the right way?
I for one can't wait to go to Cape Town, we're going to run that Depot like clockwork! We won't allow time or space to be wasted with laziness! Because that is exactly what the problem is here in Port Elizabeth. Every person watches out for themselves and won't lift as much as an extra finger to help another or to make the workload run smoother, so in the end the company doesn't run at it's best...
I've already kicked some dust up today - and I don't care on who's toes I stepped, but they gotta get their; fingers, eyes, ears and brains out their backsides and start doing things the way it is supposed to be!
THINGS ARE ABOUT TO CHANGE
